1. Order Cancellation by Customer

You may request to cancel your order under the following conditions:

• Before Dispatch: Cancellations requested before the order has been dispatched will be accepted and a full refund will be issued.
• After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after receiving the item in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

1. Contact us as soon as possible at info@ecocart.energy with your order number and reason for cancellation.
2. Our team will confirm whether the order has been dispatched.
3. If eligible, your cancellation will be confirmed via email and a refund will be initiated.

3. Cancellation by Eco Cart Energy

We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

• Product is out of stock or discontinued.
• Pricing or product information errors on the website.
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
• Inability to deliver to the provided address.

In such cases, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.

4. Custom and Special Orders

Orders for custom-configured or special-order products (e.g., bespoke solar systems) cannot be cancelled once production or procurement has commenced. Please confirm all specifications carefully before placing such orders.

5. Refund for Cancelled Orders

• Approved cancellation refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit.
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
